CLARK COUNTY FIRE STATION #20

The work consists of the construction of approximately a 12,060 square foot, single story, 3 bay fire station housing fire department personnel and related emergency vehicles and equipment.


METRO (LVMP) SUBSTATION

ELDORA/CIMMARON

This project consists of construction of a new facility approximately 23,566 sq. ft. single story for the LVMPD.


NATIONAL PARK SERVICE (LAKE MEAD REC. AREA)

REPLACE INTERIOR/EXTERIOR WINDOWS & DOORS GLAZING

Replace interior and exterior door glazing ands all exterior doors and frames, prep existing frames, paint frames and doors as specified. There is also a requirement to mitigate minor lead based paint contaminates.


WETLANDS PARK NATURE CENTER

and PARK EXPANSION

The work consists of the construction of two separate structures combined to equal approximately 34,183 square feet on approximately 5.41 acres to include a main two-story building including a visitor's center, finished exhibition hall, conference rooms, park police office, and recreation offices. Construction includes the off-site improvements including parking, shade structures, landscaping, site concrete, electrical, lighting.


MCCARRAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

TERMINAL 1 TICKET COUNTER CONVEYOR REPLACEMENT

The work generally consists of the replacement of various curbside and ticket counter conveyors in Terminal 1 of McCarran International Airport. Specific scope includes the replacement of three (3) designated curbside conveyor lines; one (1) oversize conveyor line; all existing ticket counter conveyor lines in Terminal 1, excluding the ticket counter conveyor lines currently serving Southwest Airlines located at the South end of Terminal 1; and the replacement of various electrical controls.


TRAINING SUPPORT CENTER

FORT CARSON, COLORADO

This project consists of 82,000 sf. metal building system in form with reinforced foundation and floor slab, structural steel frame, metal exterior walls, standing seam metal roof, TPO roofing, cmu, cmu veneer, Vertical Lift Module or motorized rack, fixed position pallet racks, fire detection/protection system to include storage tank, special security enhancements, utilities, site improvements, landscaping, roads/parking, communications support, electrical infrastructure upgrade and all other necessary support. This project will comply with DOD antiterrorism/force protection requirements per Unified Facilities Criteria.
